EVIL HR LADY | MONDAY, SEPTEMBER 1, 2008 Should I Stay or Should I Go? don't, however, think it's ethical to hop jobs and then either a) leave them in a lurch or b) feel like I cannot stay home if I want to because I changed jobs so recently (which also brings up FMLA). EVIL HR LADY | WEDNESDAY, FEBRUARY 10, 2010 Update 2 At this time, I am still at the company but I am on maternity leave and I am interviewing. In my last few weeks there before my leave I had to tell my CEO to tell him to leave me alone as he was stressing me and my baby! They told him to leave me alone.
