My manger and coworkers are ok with covering the shifts, but HR says that I cannot have it off. Employer is asking for salary requirements to be included on my resume. I’ve heard of this in cover letters, but I’m not really sure how to handle it in the resume. Is that a fancy way of saying they want your salary history on your resume, or is it just enough to say that you’re looking for a range between x and y?
