It reminds me the time I was checking references for a candidate who had spent most of his career in a small town in Kentucky. Every single reference I spoke with there mentioned that he “came from such a good family.&# It was a good lesson in culture differences. I graduated from college a little over a year ago and still haven’t found a “real&# job. Throughout college I worked as a nanny and gained plenty of experience in childcare.
