should I ask my employer to take down a Blue Lives Matter flag?

As a whole, our organization has a diversity problem. When I have brought up issues of diversity and inclusion in the past, I have been told that our clients are overwhelmingly white and conservative, and we need to make them comfortable (I don’t think that assessment is strictly true, for what it’s worth). While I don’t have proof that we actively discriminate in the hiring and promotion process, our track record is questionable at best.
