Think of moving from Memphis to New York City. My husband (who works for the company too) and I have been here for a year and are finally settling in to our new surroundings. His nephew needs a summer job in between semesters at school, so my boss asked if he could come to work with me. When I politely asked why the policy had changed, the owner told me that if I am not happy working here, then I should find a new job.
