Frugality forces you to manage time and resources wisely, and it's important to practice it for your career. The most productive people in the world seem to be the most diverse and balanced. The fact that the farmer has worked with his parents for 20 years and still not acquired equity in the 500 acres points to major problems in relations. So unless you feel you and the farmer (or whoever manages to steal your heart) can deal with that, it would be a big leap. Is this your first time here?
