Is it okay to care about diversity in company website photos? I’m a new grad looking for my first post-college job. Things have improved but there is still a real problem of not understanding diverse populations and ignoring diversity issues when hiring. A company could have demographically diverse photos, and even a demographically diverse staff, and still have serious equity and inclusion issues in how things play out internally.
